Step 1: validate the complete flow on one device

Confirm that the target app installs, signs in, and runs reliably. Record the Android version, performance, storage, region, and network requirements. Do not create a large fleet before one device passes the complete workflow.

Step 2: create a standard template

• Standardize app versions and base settings
• Define names, tags, and groups
• Prepare account assignment and recovery records
• Document creation, acceptance, handoff, and retirement

Step 3: scale in batches

Start with batches of five or ten. Observe resources, network behavior, app stability, and maintenance time before adding the next group. This limits the impact of a flawed configuration.

Step 4: monitor the lifecycle

• Monitor device health, resources, and task outcomes
• Update apps gradually with a rollback path
• Archive retired devices and their account records
• Track cost, failure rate, and maintenance time per device
