UMOCloud does not issue official tax invoices or paper payment receipts at this time.
After you complete a payment, you may use the following system-generated records as valid proof of your transaction for payment verification, transaction inquiry or dispute submission:
- Payment confirmation notification
- Transaction ID
- Order ID
- Account transaction history inside UMOCloud App and website
- Payment confirmation email sent to your registered mailbox
- Service usage records shown on UMOCloud App / website
- Other records automatically generated by the UMOCloud system
All transaction data is securely stored in our system. You can log in to your UMOCloud account anytime to check, view and download your order and transaction records.
